Your team already uses AI. Under what rules?

TagVolt Agency is an Edmonton company that helps small organizations in Alberta use artificial intelligence safely and productively. Our clients are service businesses, professional offices (legal, accounting, consulting), nonprofits and trades contractors, with 2 to 50 people and no in-house IT specialist.

Most of these teams already use tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, usually on personal accounts and without shared rules. Client information can leave the company, mistakes can reach clients, and the time saved is never measured.

Our method has three steps: (1) a Custom AI Policy, written with you in 10 business days, presented to your team and signed by every employee; (2) AI-Ready 30, a 30-day program with a hands-on workshop on your real tasks; (3) up to three practical automations, built on the tools you already use (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, Jobber), always with a person approving what goes to a client.

We work at fixed prices, in English, French or both, across Edmonton and the surrounding region. Start with a free 30-minute AI check or download our free AI use policy template.
