Lifemark Vocational Services is one of Canada’s largest vocational rehabilitation and employment services providers, with offices across the country and a dedicated team in Edmonton. We work at the intersection of employers, job seekers, and government programs to create hiring solutions that benefit everyone.
Our Edmonton office delivers the Aspire Program, a Government of Alberta and Government of Canada-funded employment program that prepares job seekers for the workforce and connects them directly with local employers.

Free Services for Edmonton Employers
All of our employer services are provided at no cost. We believe that hiring doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated, and we’re here to make the process easier for businesses of every size and sector.
Recruitment & Candidate Matching
We maintain a pipeline of pre-screened, employment-ready candidates across Edmonton. Tell us what you’re hiring for, and we’ll send matched resumes directly to you. We work across all sectors, including retail, warehousing, logistics, hospitality, food service, construction, trades, administration, customer service, healthcare support, and property management.
Wage Subsidy & Government Funding
Eligible Edmonton employers may qualify for government-funded wage subsidies when hiring through our programs. We guide you through the application process and handle the paperwork so you can focus on your business.
Job Fairs & Hiring Events
Lifemark hosts large-scale hiring fairs and can organize free individual hiring events at our Edmonton office, tailored to your business. We take care of all marketing, logistics, candidate sourcing, and event coordination. You show up, meet candidates, and interview.
Short-Term Work Placement

Beyond employment programs, Lifemark Vocational Services provides comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services for employers, insurers, and legal professionals across Alberta, including vocational assessments, functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, disability management consulting, return-to-work planning, transferable skills analysis, and workplace accommodation recommendations.
We help employers manage workplace injuries, support employees returning to work, and build more inclusive, productive workplaces.

Free Services for Jobseekers
Lifemark Vocational Services helps individuals achieve their employment and education goals through comprehensive career support. Our services include one-on-one career counselling, resume development, interview preparation, job search assistance, skills training, and direct connections with employers.
We also work closely with employers by offering recruitment support, candidate pre-screening, onboarding coaching, and workplace accommodation guidance, all at no cost.
GOVERNMENT-FUNDED PROGRAM
The Aspire Program
The Aspire Program is one of Lifemark’s government-funded employment programs, specifically designed to support individuals with disabilities in finding meaningful employment or pursuing further education. The disabilities could be physical, mental, diagnosed or undiagnosed.
Through Aspire, clients receive personalized support including career exploration, hands-on work simulations, Skills for Success training, tailored job matching, job carving to align roles with individual strengths, free mental health support, and ongoing follow-up for up to 365 days to ensure long-term employment success.
Clients also have access to Lifemark’s Clothing Closet, Food Pantry, and Virtual Career Centre. The program serves clients across Alberta through both in-person and virtual service delivery in a safe, person-centred, and trauma-informed environment. All services are provided at no cost to participants or employers.
