Please kindly note that a $100 deposit is required to complete your vendor application.
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our team, and you will be notified of your application status by June 30, 2025. If your business is not selected, the $100 deposit will be fully refunded. If your application is successful, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance based on the booth size selected.

The Black Business Edmonton (BBE) Trade Fair 2025 is designed to be more than just a marketplace. The primary goal of the Trade Fair is to provide business exposure, access to valuable resources, and opportunities for meaningful networking and connections.
BBE is committed to promoting and marketing the Trade Fair to the best of our ability across multiple platforms and communities. However, BBE does not guarantee vendor sales or profits and will not be held liable for the level of revenue vendors may or may not earn during the event.
By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and recognize that participation in the Trade Fair is an opportunity to build visibility, grow your network, and access potential resources that can support your business long term.
